We really want to find someone who can easily commit to one year working with us as we want our daughter to have consistency. Our daughter is a fun-loving, social baby who spent her first 9 months in an orphanage and needs consistency in her caretakers in order to build security.

We have two small dogs who we adore. Walking them with the baby sometimes is part of the job. One was abused and is sometimes scared of people in the street so, following our directions in walking them, is very important.
